At Carrier Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
